Financial Modelling Using Claude

- Intro to the course and the 10-K annual report
- Reading SEC filings: key sections and US GAAP basics
- Extracting financials using Claude: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow
- Notes linkage and cash flow reconstruction

Building the Model
- Reading the historical model: ratios, trends, and understanding the business
- Forecast methodology: choosing the right method for every line item
- Building each balance sheet and P&L forecast schedule
- Building the forecasted, fully linked 3-statement model
- Building the revolver or cash plug sheet

Valuation & Delivery
- DCF valuation: FCFF, WACC, terminal value, sensitivity analysis
- Relative valuation: peer comps, trading multiples, football field chart
- Model audit and presentation: integrity checks, defending assumptions, investment thesis
